| Brian is bringing his infamous Booyah at
the September 18 Open House. Booyah is a thick water base stew that is cooked slowly, believed to have originated in Belgium, and made throughout the Upper Midwestern United States. In addition to a variety of seasonings, It gets its rich flavor from cooking the meats with the bones in and can contain chicken, beef and pork. It also contains numerous vegetables such as carrots, peas, corn, rutabaga, and cabbage to name a few. |
